He is constantly praised for offering down to earth explanations that can be understood by all, and avoids confusing his clients with technical jargon. Michael is very efficient and practical and provides computer repairs quickly and reliably.Laura Drummond - Laura keeps the business running smoothly and efficiently as the office manager for MR LCD. In recent months, Laura has even taken on extra duties helping with smaller computer repair jobs and quoting clients for upgrades and new computer sales.
